To check out keys, we require a $20 cash key deposit & current picture ID.
Application processing fee is $25 per person, $40 per couple
Application processing takes 24-48 hours usually.
All units include kitchen stove unless otherwise stated.
Often, units will include refrigerator & some will have washers & dryers.
All leases are for a minimum of six (6) months unless otherwise stated.
Security & Cleaning Deposit and one month’s rent are required for move in.
Pets are either allowed “on approval” or not allowed at all.
Pet deposits are $100 per animal.
Trash & sewer services are included in rent within Bullhead City limits ONLY.
All other utilities are Tenant’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO OUR AREA, BRINGING LETTERS OF CREDIT FROM YOUR LAST UTILITY COMPANIES MAY GREATLY REDUCE YOUR UTILITY DEPOSITS.
SPECIALS CAN BE HELD ONLY 3 DAYS AT SPECIAL PRICES.
ALL PROPERTIES RENTED “ON SPECIAL” ARE FOR 6 MONTH MINIMUM.
